KuraDesk (“we”, “our”) provides a multi-agent customer support workspace at support.kurasika.tech for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, website chat, and in-app Flutter chat. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), authentication data when you sign in with Google or email/password, workspace membership and role information, and conversation content from connected channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, website, and in-app chat) for support purposes.

How we use information

We use this information to operate KuraDesk, authenticate users, deliver the shared inbox, send transactional messages such as invitations, and improve reliability and security of the service.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account email and basic profile details needed to create or access your KuraDesk session. We do not use Google account data for advertising.
