Sign up with Google or an email and password. Your workspace is the shared home for your support conversations.

Link your WhatsApp Business channel so incoming customer messages are delivered straight into the workspace inbox in real time.

Roles & access

Owners run the workspace. Agents just answer customers.

KuraDesk keeps billing and configuration away from the people whose job is replying. Owners and admins manage the WhatsApp channel, teammates and subscription. Agents sign in and go straight to the inbox — no settings, no billing, no subscription of their own.

One email can belong to several workspaces. If you support more than one business, switch between them from the sidebar without signing out.

Signing in to KuraDesk

You sign in to KuraDesk with Google or with an email and password. Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you and create your KuraDesk session — we read your email address and basic profile so we can identify your account and the workspaces you belong to. We never read or send anything on your Google account.

If a colleague invited you, signing in with that same email adds you to their inbox. You can also create your own workspace and switch between them from the sidebar.
